We know what it’s like if you’re on holiday with children. Just the everyday essentials can fill up your car. That’s why our general store is packed full of everything you might need to borrow for your Peak District cottage stay.

Stairgates (available for every cottage except the Farmhouse)

Children’s cutlery

Travel cots – please note these are basic travel cots, so feel free to bring your own

You’re very welcome to let us know in advance if there’s anything you’d like to borrow and we can place it in your cottage ready for your arrival. Alternatively, just let us know during your stay, and you’re also welcome to help yourselves to any available items — we’re always happy to point you in the right direction so you know where everything can be found.

Alongside essentials for children, we also have a wide range of additional kitchen equipment available, including blenders, extra pans, Champagne flutes, vase, and more. If there’s anything that would make your stay easier or more enjoyable, please don’t hesitate to ask and we’ll do our best to provide it.
